So I have the parts Jeep I bought for the doors and odds and ends well after some debating it went under the knife....
I dont know whats in store for it but I'd like to see what I can do with out breaking the bank.

This is version one I'm pretty happy with how they came out and the best part is I got an A for making them in a 3 credit class

Thanks I worked my ass off for my senior design project...I'm happy with how they came out but I really am thinking about doing a second version with all the doors compoletely skinned in sheet metal with no padding.

That looks like a smart way to go for someone who doesn't have welding skills. Do you have any more pictures of how you made them? It looks like you just cut and then added the padding over where you made the cut out
