My computers got some viruses (Adam)

Just did a virus scan and found these bastards. My question to those who know about stuff like this, what do these viruses do? Can they log my keystrokes, read and steal my saved passwords or access and steal files on my computer? Reason I ask is because all my banking info is saved on my computer, my Checkings, savings, and all my credit cards can be easily accessed on my computer for my convince, it would suck to have that shit stolen. Or are these merely popup ad type spyware bullshit that monitors the sites I go to and trys to give me pop ups based on the sites I visit. Should I be worried?

your info is at risk, a trojan opens a back door and COULD essentially give full access to someone. they do range in severity. but i would watch yo shit... and get a MAC

but they might not do anything until something happens. I had my card company contact me, so that was good.
