I used to work in a speed shop/high end garage in Bronxville. To narrow it down would be an injustice.

the most fun ride ive ever driven has to be

67 nova, looked just like this one just without the drop. 600+ all motor HP. we were setting off house alarms with it. the cam was so loopy, all it wanted to do was eat pavement. If i had to guess it would be in the 11's. Speedo only went to 85 or something around there.
