looks alot like the shubert in new haven.i do all the a/c in the building and theres some crazy stuff in there hidden rooms and stuff like that.almost all theaters are thought to be haunted in some way.

a couple years back out out in montauk there was something really similar and i use to spend hours with my dad walking around it, until probably like 5 years ago when they started renovating it they changed all the locks and tightened the security for it. Part of it is used as a community building now and they're still restoring the other parts so its not nearly as interesting.
