nope, there is nothing good about the CBX or the area it runs through, or the areas at either end of it. nor is there anything positive to say about the bridges on either end.

The shear cost of replacing said highway would be astronomical. Lest I mention the cost of clean up, and the further congestion it would cause on other freeways. When changing a current street layout, one must consider many variables, including, but not limited to:

a) Location
b) Planned development, or phased development
c) Existing development being replaced
d) All roadway classification(s) serving the project
e) Number of controlled intersections with signals
f) Number of controlled intersection with stop signs
g) Number of uncontrolled intersections
h) Is dedication of R/W proposed
i) Is the new width of the R/W
j) Does the new R/W meet the City Std
etc...

I hope that i have opened your eyes to a new perspective of city planning.
