If you order it today, you will defgetit by friday, if not monday at the latest. Have always had good luck with CafePress.

cafepress is in PA or OH iirc... you usually get it in 3-4 days max.. unless youre nicole, who gets screwed by cafepress every time she orders and it ends up taking 2 weeks.
