I have the Gzone but the new model is called the boulder. It's got a sweet light on it that I easily use 5 times a day and its water/shock/dust/fireworks proof.

Most phones arent' going to combat background noise much. You should just get a bluetooth phone and a good headset that has noise cancelling like the jawbone or something similar.
