draining a radiator on a 97+ xj

im draining my radiator and i found the drain valve, but how the hell do i open it up? the knob turn about 1/4 and then stops.

yeah usually ya got push down or pull up.....those darn child safety caps must be hard for ya. but dont worry one day you will be all growed up like the rest of us
