hey everyone i've been here 3 weeks now, and i just got pass for the weekend, no jeep though :'( 9 weeks to go

you stuck on the base or can you leave? Not a whole lot to do in Newport News, lots to do in Hampton Roads though. When i was at my "AIT" (tech school) we could go off base when we wanted to.

i can go off post between 0700 and 2000 i just have to be at formation in the morning and an night. i'm on green pass, when i get eagle pass i only have to be at friday night formation to be released and then back be sunday night formation at 2030. what job school did you come here for?

I didnt go to Eustis for my school. I was at a Navy base in Pensacola FL. The Air Force does have a school there, Helo Maintenance. Im stationed 10 minutes down the road from Eustis though, at Langley AFB in Hampton. Id come get you and hang out but im deployed right now.
