if its alacart i like it floppy center crispy edges. but if its like that in a sandwich it kinda sucks so i like it all around crispy..... mmmmmmm

side note: this little home style restaurant near me pre-cooks a fuckload of bacon b4 it closes to use for breakfast the next day, so at 5 the half the damn town smells of bacon so f-n sweet
