I didnt know where to put this but, my Dell Desktop with Windows XP is giving me the blue screen of death. The one that basically says "You have a virus and we are shutting down your computer for your own good." The only way I know of to fix it is to bring the computer back to factory settings. Well I have done that with no luck. I am not very good with computers so I dunno what else to do. Also I have not downloaded anything like limewire or frostwire. I have only downloaded AIM and i only usually go to a few sites like yahoo, sis, facebook, naxja, and I think 1 other. As far as e-mails if I dont recognize the sender i just delete it. So if some of you who are good with computers please help I would really appreciate it. Thanks

its not a real BSOD if most of the words are something you can comprehend, and theyll never tell you that you have a virus.
