Yeah, cosmetically, but inside of that pink California-ized AR15 are metal parts, unlike inside of the AUG.

So even though it may look like shit, you can still do a trigger job on it and get a nice clean, crisp 2 1/2 to 3 lb trigger, unlike the AUG which must stay about aabout a 7-9 lb pull because the hammer, sear and the rest of the firing group is made of -
