What would cause a computer in my house to not be able to visit a site?

I used to frequent gsxr.com all the time, then one day it stopped letting me go on. When I type it it says its not a site, or I spelt it wrong, but on my both of my brothers computers I can visit it. wtf?

I had this problem with my school blackboard system last year and it turned out to be something with my wireless router. I could login in hardwired and once I got a new router it worked.
