    I have a buddy that did a front leaf XJ. He does mostly mud and logging trails. No rocks.

      I can see how it would be simpler if you swap in an already leafsprung axle. Plus with all the weight of the engine and everything leaves should be in front and coils in the rear.

              I dunno it seems like most guys who do it end up with massive amounts of lift. I like my lift in small servings.

                wow i didn't know it was that common of a mod, still think its retarded though. too much lift.

                  Rear leafs on a TJ AND extending the wheelbase makes sense to me.

                  Added stability, but you keep coils up front. If you have time and money and the equipment to do it, go ahead, but if you want leafs at all 4 corner of a TJ, just buy a YJ.

                      I could see the advantage of leafs from an ifs setup but it seems backwards to put it on something like a Cherokee
