I am a heat treat specialist for a foundry making cast aluminum parts for companies like Raytheon, Morsch, General dynamics, DRS Optronics, Bell Helicopter, and such. Most of your work is for Raytheon though. What i do is stick my head in to a 1010* Oven and hand Quench hot parts in a glycol quench-ant to frees them in a state that allows the parts to be straightened. I also have 2 automatic ovens that i do not enter. I make stuff for Abrams tanks, ballistics missiles, helicopter missiles etc.


fe; If youve ever seen the "Predator"UAV, it has a big ball on the bottom of the nose that houses all the electronics and radar etc. I make that ball.

it sucks, its hot, and i work with 75% hispanic people that dont speak much english. But pay is ok and i get lots of OT.

We basically train fighters and compete at national tournaments such as NAGA and Grapplers Quest. The company makes money by selling books. We write and publish health books to do with wrestling, boxing, MMA...etc.
