I already know what he did.

First night he got his license he went out drinking and loaded his car up with like 5 of his friends that are of a stature that is relative to a 10 year old, got loaded up and started to flail babies out of the windows when someone called the cops.

And there Evan sat, a car filled with underage midgets and beer and newborn babies with his fresh new Crisp license and registration being stared down by the burliest cop on this side of the mason-dixon, wanting to rape every last strand of humanity out of Evan.
