well it depends, there are some kashi cereals that are like flakes and such. Other kashi cereal looks like rabbit food.

yeah...everyone at work tells me it looks like cat food, but i swear its just bigger cheerios and sweeter, its so good! my roommate used to eat their waffles and she said they were good too
