    First off do you have your motorcycle license? You might wanna consider getting that before you do anything. Next thing I would consider is how much your gonna pay for insurance for this bike. If you can't afford to move out do you really want another insurance payment on your shoulders? Also, have you ever riden a motorcycle before? How many cc's is this bike 600, 929, or 954? Not to rain on your parade bro but a motorcycle isn't a toy, and most accident's aren't very forgiving because its you vs. the pavement. Your mother doesn't wanna see her precious son turn into a road pancake.

      Just go about it the smart way. Get your license, wear a helmet, gloves, jacket, ect.

      Don't drive like there is no tomorrow; if you do, there won't be.

      If you show her your being safe she might not mind it all that much
