My Bronica ETR-Si macro lens has no variance in magnification power, hence why I probably never noticed.

Macro lenses do not have magnification power, they just have an extremely wide focal range. I have a 150mm macro and it works exactly like a prime lens. I can rack focus from my jeep to an ant if need be lol.

Your bronica should be capable of 1:4 macro focus. In fact, if you wanted to dabble in it, you could get a 30mm extension tube and bring it closer to a 1:2 or full 1:1 macro. You'll lose your ability to focus on things at a distance, but the extension tube allows you to focus really close. Give it a shot if you have one.

Film certainly has a unique quality to it, that's why they still shoot movies on it.

Whatch some of the landscape shots from Hateful 8 and tell me that doesn't look perfect.

Photography is one of those things I want so badly to get into. I've attempted in the past, but failed.
I don't want to make profit off of it or anything, just as a weekend hobby.
I've tried the digital route and sucked.
I really like Polaroids, I bet I'd feel the same about film.
