How do you get rid of the vibrations.
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SJCQn_wGWW4

I'm running at the fastest frame rate 720/100fps.
When I was at a slower frame rate I got the jello effect everyone was talking about, now I just see the vibration.

Looks to me the camera hits a natural harmonic frequency at one of the engine RPMs.

The camera is hard mounted to the frame with a short metal bracket I made.
Do they sell any camera housing backs that have a built in damper in it.

To change frequency either change stiffness, weight or add a dampener.
Like a dynamat or a liquid filled back.
Do they sell different backs with mounts on them, I was looking but couldn't find one. Then I can mount it in two spots to stiffen it up.

Next I'm going to try mounting it on longer mount try to change the natural frequency. I'm sure I'll figure something out but it would be nice for a bolt on fix.

    i gotta tell ya

I have mounted hundreds of gopros to hundreds of race cars over the years and have never once seen that effect. That has to be some serious tight strong vibration. I would isolate with thick rubber and see where it gets you. I am guessing its mounted directly to a mount that is welded to the frame?

yes I made a metal mount and bolted it right to the frame.
I picked up some rubber dampeners and see hot that works.
