need a little light welding done

i have a 98 tj and need some light welding done. i have a spot under each door on the rocker that i cut out rust and need sheet metal welded in. I also have some soft rust spots on the top of each fender that i wan to cut out. the welding doesn't have to be perfect, don't care if it's a mig or tig. I'm just going to cove with rhino liner. I can text/email pics if needed.
i'm in Milford but i'll obviously drive to you.
