Soak the rust in diesel oil.

(not sure if sarcasm) but, actually it does. 2" springs, 2" spindles, 3" blocks, 3" leafs, drop shocks all around. no cut/removed parts. quality components. the large tires help. 225/70/14. bfg radial t/a.

Used diesel oil, it will darken the rust. Almost make a Smokey gun metal color. Also will slow future rust from forming. Google images Rusty Slammington. Thats raw steel rusted and treated with diesel oil.

I think that looks kinda cool as it is. Its rust enough that it looks like a radical shade of copper paint to me.

that's sweet. I used to have a 92 s10 like that, longbed though. I miss that truck...always wanted to lower it and stick a big ass v8 under the hood

Yes Phil that is the Car. Mike Burroughs, he founded Stance Works. Was kind of my inspiration for the truck. I've met and ridden bikes with the Kid Andrew Sylvia who went on that iconic road trip back in 2009 with Mike which started the Stance Works Company. Great people.
