The game is more 'tedious' I guess is the word, but only as tedious as you want to make it. Simply delivering a load of cargo down a muddy dirt road becomes a slow process because it requires patience and attention to detail to a certain degree to navigate the terrain, all to the lovely sounds of diesel motors. To me it's a blast, I've lost hours in it already and I still have one more map to complete on Casual mode. The maps are sandbox style and you can pretty much do whatever the fuck you want, you can drive around and explore for hours or complete the basic objectives. Genuine offroad games are few and far between, maybe that's why I enjoy it so much.

Once instance I had, which is pictures above, I was using an MAZ to transport logs across a massive river, and without actually knowing the depth of certain points, the truck sank into the water and needed to get towed out. So fuck it, I jumped into another truck to go rescue it, loaded up a repair trailer and drove into the water at a different location to hopefully pull the truck out and repair it. Well, it also sank into the mud and the engine stalled. SWEET. Two trucks stuck in the water. So I used a third truck to pull the second truck out, then pulled out the MAZ, lost the cargo in the river and had to get another load and find a different place to cross the river. Bad day in Siberia.
