  • Good Dana 44 shaft for the price

Now I know this is a 4wheeling forum that talks about everything except 4wheeling but I have a 4wheeling question to pose. Need to get a new 44 shaft and was wondering what you all preferred, recomended, etc? G2 looks like the cheapest but its it shit? American alloys and Ten Factory seem pretty reasonably priced. Looking for something better then stock but nothing thats gonna break the bank. The shafts are going into a rear 44 with 4.10 gears and an arb locker for reference. Thanks for any advice.

            Club envy William?

And this is a TJ 44 btw. None of that full width shit...

But seriously, we need to move on this so anyone got any input?

Best 44 shafts I know of are the ones that stay in the junkyard...

The only ones that I have known to stay alive are RCV's. Even the best chromo U-joint style die very easy. I have broken front 44 shafts in the parking lot at Rausch.

edit: I see you are talking about rears. (I was drunk). Ten Factory and Yukon are good options.
