bend/weld pipe

I can't find a sissy bar for my bike.
I need one.

Can anyone actually bend pipe and weld?
I will obviously pay for services and/or donate beer and food.

The details still need to be determined, but I don't think it should take too much.

It's for my bike, so it can't be a hack job or "good enough" as it's pretty easy to die on these things, ykno...

Thanks for that, but I really don't think that bar will work.

The base is going to be too wide for my current mounts (i am willing to bet) and extending it to the axle would not be the look I am going for.

Rambling through the shop I spotted like 3 other sissy bars and what appears to be a vintage mini trunk with built in bar as well (perfect for pork soda placement)... When I get some time later I'll grab some some measurements and photos.
