I was going to make a PVC roll cage but my wife said no, said he would climb on it.

I'm a geek I actually modeled the whole thing in solid works, months ago so I new how much wood I needed.
The computer is nice for stuff like the grill I just printed it out full scale and traced it.
There were a few things I changed seeing it in person, I didn't go back and update model sorry.
I used my sons crib spring board to support the mattress, I guess you can use plywood or find another place to find them.
Do you have any CAD?
