That's my concern. How do you know someone is coming from behind and is gonna knock you in the head? Unless you're walking around like a crazy person constantly checking all around you

Well that's the thing, you really have to be aware of your surroundings. Its not just with this "game", but anywhere. Not a crazy person aware, but you should be vigilant everywhere you go, do little things, park under lights, watch for people acting sketchy, or close to your vehicle, people that are coming up to you and what not, be aware of your surroundings basically. Again it's not about being a crazy person it's about looking out for your safety.

Things that help are not being glues to your phone as you are walking down the street, or not having head phones in when your walking in these places. Doing those things seems normal for us to be doing but it leaves you distracted and an easy target.
