well no range shots yet. the gun seemed to be all over the place with multiple shooters, going to attribute it to the sights being slightly off and my lack of practice with a pistol, however some cell phone shots are available now

Specs: Rock Island Armory 1911 A1 copy what they call the Tactical package
            Full length guide rod
            5" barrel
            Dovetail "combat" sights(windage adjustable)
            Extended beavertail
            Commander hammer
            Skeletonized trigger
            Ambidextrous safety
.45 ACP (usually goes without being said)
parkerized finish with real smooth wood grips

in closing thus far i actually like the feel of this gun better than i do a springfield of the same grade (non GI version) the springfields trigger is a smidge looser and the tolerances seem to be off more than my gun is. maybe its just because the springfield has a bunch of rounds through it and mines still fresh and not broke in? anyways overall i am happier than a pig in shit with this beauty! happy shooting everyone

~15 paces away first target i believe i put 3 or 4 magazines of 7 into this one. mind you this is the first actual pistol day ive ever had, i have shot pistols before but no more than a mag at a time and sparsely done as well....i believe these are K3 targets so the actual target size is about that of a small child (5 years old or so) for the distance. the groups are scattered quite badly but nothing outside the black and when an adult stands in front of this...it completely covers the paper. id say she shoots fairly well. just more practice is all i need now

edit the top three towards the really little guy were aimed at the really little guy by Devon (stompjrkz400) never having shot this gun before and only going off of what i had told him how it shoots low and left for this distance. id dare say quite good.
