actaully there is alot done to my jeep within the last 6 months i fixed alot of stuff new brakes, inner outer tie rods, track bar, alternator alot more stuff like that. and for a 1988 its not in bad shape 181000 mi on it not alot for the 4.0

I meant like lift and tire wise. Older Cherokees go for next to nothing even in good condition. What I was getting at is I have more stuff done to my jeep than you do and I would sell it for $1500 less than you have been offered. Take the money and run.

doing routine maintenance doesnt usually up the value, especially one thats more than 20yrs old. $3500 is insane for that! Take it before the moron figures out what he's doing.

Sell it. Buy a pos cherokee for like 200 bucks, and a DD for like 3, put like 800 into the pos and make it wheelable. You'll be so happy like this.
