Last night was the second time I've noticed a shit ton of jeeps hanging out on fridays nights at Heav'nly donuts on New haven Ave in Derby.

Does anyone know what I'm missing? Is it a club or just random thing

it is "jeep night", just a general thing, not a club

ive never actually been, sundays they have a big classic car show get together as well which a few of us have been to a number of times, same deal just classics

there are a few "interesting characters" lol

we should go one friday as a club and mop the place up

Make sure you talk to John, he owns AAS custom Jeep, but their shop is closed right now due to high levels of hexavalent chromium in his shop that the land owner actually
knew about, but still rented the place so AAS had to close. Pretty fucked up. Look for the fdny tribute jeep jk

i remember that classic car show back from when i was in high school, my uncle owns a shop down there and we used to go to the Doughnut to see some cool rides. then people would do brake stands right in the middle of 34 or burn out leaving the place. looked cool but a few special people took it a bit too far, i remember some guys in an old K10 Military truck from the 80s did a one tire fire for at lest 60 seconds, smoke screened the entire road and backed up traffic. not the best idea on that road but hey, it looked cool haha.

what time do people start getting there? maybe i'll stay late and work on the TDI at the shop friday then swing by there on the way home as the XJ is still in hover mode.
