okay so sorta difficult to understand unless youve worked in a warehouse before. but in a nutshell...we get paid by the case and we get a bonus for accuracy and speed. this is my pay summary for my very first week on case pay. as of the 19th of june 2013 i was no longer at my hourly training period rate which was $10.00/hour (since may 4, 2013) during which training period i was informed that 'mispicks' (wrong product) and 'shorts' (lack of items) would not be counted against me..... so to my SiS family....you can plainly see that the week ending date for this sheet is in the top right; 22nd of this month.....and then at the very bottom left of that image.


HOW THE FUCK DID A SHORT FROM 6/03 KILL MY BONUS?!?!?! i fucking hate this company and i hope they all burn in hell.

im pretty sure it wasnt supposed to be 6/13 even so. i was told while i was hourly that shorts and mispicks would not be counted against me and i went on case pay the 19th. so even if it was for the 13th i still shouldnt have been penalized for it

Oh I don't care about my payroll really. Its border line slave labor. I'd sure love to quit but unfortunately there isn't much for work around here. Need to move :/
