Saw this before, but I figured I'd post it here...
Okay, so more people live in that circle than the rest of the world thanks to overpopulation in China and India...
So what if one day those people simply vanished. What would happen? Granted, most of our manufacturing that is in China would simply stop causing world wide panic as we would have to figure out how to get those products back to the market or back into circulation before industries collapse. We would also lose all of our wonderful tech support from India.
On the bright side, the environmentalists would have to figure out what else they could complain about as the largest producer of pollutants on this planet has simply ceased. That entire contaminated coastline would simply rot away in its own putrid air while the rest of us figured out how to burn more coal and oil to make up for the fact that China is no longer operational.
If China just gets removed from existence, we no longer have to worry about them as being a threat to our national security and we can go about making South Korea an island because North Korea would receive no aid from either China or India.
Thoughts?
Actually, I guess I didn't look at the map well enough, it appears that if everyone in that circle vanished, that would also include everyone from North and South Korea...making that entire conflict null and void. We would also lose the Japanese...not sure if that would be a good thing or a bad thing...
