Other than the normal health, dental, eye, 401k match, vacation, life/disability and cost for anything airgas sells. My favorite is the stock purchase program in which i get to buy stock at 15% less than the lowest sell price for the year. I've been getting stock that is currently at $103 a share for $70 bucks a share for the last year!

Target was 45k with an undergrad: full health... eyes, teeth, doctor, 401k... dollar for dollar up to 5%

Current company- great health plan, dentist twice a year, one eye- expensive brand names are $30, other example being malarone for 30 days it was $14(malaria), 401k is 50% on the dollar and match up to 6%, 2 personal days, 2 floating holidays 15 days vacation (which can accrue to up to 180 hours), 8 sick days
