          I'm going with this.

          IFS has definitely grown on me the last few years, especially since King of the Hammers. I straight used to think that IFS was next to useless in the rocks, but if done right and built strong enough...

                              and not because of IFS because that IFS is not done correctly for travel.
                              The center diff section is way to wide.
                              That is why you normally see IFS with rear engine you can put the diff in the center.
                              If not the drive shaft would have to go through the oil pan.
                              Which could be done but would be tight.
