i seriously couldnt pick one or the other between the people or congress. so i had to choose both, if 100% of america voted im sure things would change drastically. and if even half of them were educated upon voting versus the "imma get free stuff" attitude that would shake things up a bit more. also the other ones that piss me off are these party loyal morons..."well i dont care if it was obama or someone who could make a difference, ill still vote for obama cause im a democrat and so is he." and vice versa on that subject as well.

Stop right there. That's the problem. Most of the citizens don't even bother voting and it messes up the entire voting system.

Democracy would work great .... if everyone actually voted.

Communism would also work great in theroy.
