eye twitch

this is my rant.

my freaking left eye has been twitching since last thursday. yes, over a week.

i have tried everything!

no caffeine
didn't wear contacts
got enough sleep
had potassium (a suggestion from zach)

i'm not stressed anymore than usual

it happens all day too...not just when i'm looking at a tv or computer!

ive been struggling with a twitch that has come on about a month ago.
between left eye and ear.

i took a week off of work because i was sick as shit, and it went away

went back to work and it started back up again after 3 days......



came to the conclusion its just stress and i need a vacation....

im wondering if this is is. i do wear contacts/glasses and should probably go for an exam soon..ill see if it goes away next week while im on vacation to make sure it isnt stress related!

ive never had glasses but i have been struggling lately.

everyone is telling me im half blind so maybe it really is my issue

i had a terrible eye twitch for a few months but then I realized it was from doing six or more shots of espresso a day. try some muscle relaxers!

A big possibility is stress. I'm sure will has nuttin 2 do with it though

I had the same thing for a few months. Might have been stress at the time. A few months before that I had a corneal abrasion in the same eye which kinda worried me.
Eventually just went away, that was over a year ago.

Ya I had a twitch too. Went to the eye doctor he asked when the last time I wore my glasses was. I told him January 11 when I flipped my jeep they went somewhere. T
Apparently that was my problem.
