  • The idiots of the road

Last night was the craziest night I have seen since 2010. Had to winch four cars up one hill before the state shut it down. Got back to the shop we ordered dinner and then the phone rang. Jack knife tractor trailer down the embankment.

Had to take out our 40 ton rotator if u want to see 3/4 million dollars that's it right there. Asked the driver what happened he goes " I was doing fifty and locked up the brakes.

While on that call we got another call for a jack knife.

Looks at his gps it had him at 70 mph he hit the wall so hard ripped the front of the frame off the truck and dumped 100 gallons of diesel on the ground.

This guy just missed the off ramp lol.

noone knows how to drive in the snow. I saw an idiot in a subaru going 30 down a curvy hill spin out of control and smash the side of his car into a rock.

Its amazing how everyone just slams their brakes instead of letting the gearing keep you at a steady slow pace.

It's not that they don't know, it just takes a few storms to remember the concept of snow and ice being slippery

It was def slippery. People always want to go to fast and hit the brakes in the snow.

On my way home from dinner last night there was a wrx in the side of the road half in the brush. You could clearly see his marks come over the top of the hill and he started to slide. Id guess going 30 to 40 mph. Stopped to help him. His response was a dog ran out in front of him. Instead of just admitting he was flying.
