My buddies 04 2500 ext cab longbed 4x4 gets better than 8 or 9 and he has slightly larger tires and a small torsion key/block lift. I think he may have an cai and I know he has a flowmaster catback. I think he averages around 14 to 15 but he also granny foots it.
