Yes I would, especially if their guns are drawn. You can always make a big fuss about it later...but that was not the time or place to do so. This all could have easily been settled/squashed on scene if the lawyer had simply complied. He would then would have had the opportunity to explain himself and could have easily been let go. Instead, he refused to cooperate, and thats what happens.
