The guy who shot up the theater in CO was going for his Ph.D, was he not? Smart guy buys ammo...still kills everyone.

In fact, I will have to say I'm gad he was a pretty piss poor shot...just imagine if he was actually trained or had actually practiced clearing a jam from his weapon. Thank God.

Of course it is flawed, the CT assault weapon ban has more holes in it than a Yankee Hill free float forend, yet the people writing these laws are the people we vote into office. Fucking awesome, right?

But then again, if that definition wouldn't be accepted by the Ammo Buying Questionnaire, then you have a series of answers that really have no meaning otherwise. Who is to judge what truly an assault weapon is if the Government doesn't even accept their own definition?

An assault weapon is something I want.

I'll take a PWA with a 10" barrel, select fire, 6 position stock and an AAC suppressor. Couple of tax stamps here and there, couple of months of waiting for the ATF to finish my paperwork...
