This thread is for those of you going to OER this weekend.

If you do not know already, every year at OER, we collect items for care packages and send them to our troops overseas. Please bring items and money (to help shipping costs).

Saturday night we will be having a raffle & bbq at the pavilion at Rausch. A nice way to wind down after a day of Crawl Daddy competitions and carnage! Those who bring items & donate money can participate.

Here are some the companies we have participating in this year's raffle:

We have various items from the above, including teeshirts, gift certificates, DVDs, etc. Here is how the raffle will work:

Come to the pavillon Saturday night. We can bbq/enjoy cold beverages there. Bring up your coolers, grills, and food!

Find me. I will be the one taking your money

In order to get a ticket from me, you need to donate! We'll have a spot set up for items, and I will make sure I am the only one handling the money for safe keeping!

Everyone that donates, gets a ticket. If you are lucky enough I'll pick your name for one of the above prizes

Well idc I thought it was Sunday and I think it was Sunday bc I broke Saturday and had to get the e fan and I rode with someone to crawl daddyi could totally be wrong tho

if you cannot bring items, but want to donate a bit extra i will gladly buy more items.

i think crawl daddy on saturday is a good idea. some people need to leave early on sunday, and it's a good show if it's anything like last year.

will can pick a time for the comp and we can all meet at the trail, since i know we will be wheeling in different groups.

First thing satuerday so then it'll be easy to just break up into groups after because it will be a total shit fest if we try to set a time to meet up one big convu there right in the morning

You have to donate and give money. Donate to the package and then give money to Nicole because that money is then used for the shipping costs to ship the care package overseas.

Will and Nicole have done wonders for OER, especially in terms of getting people to donate product so they can raffle them off.

Money gets you a chance to win something and the money goes to helping with shipping costs.


Also, Crawl Daddy was on a Sunday last year, but having it on Saturday would be great.
