Bike Packing

Has anybody ever gone on one of these adventures? I know most of you enjoy outdoorsy activities and was wondering. I really enjoy both camping, and trail riding with my bikes, but I really am not a big fan of hiking... I was just wondering if you guys had any experience with this...

I remember a long while back there were talks of a jeep run to ME or NH or somewhere with logging roads and wondered about doing it there. It seems most of the good stuff is in the Mid/West.
