  • The OER Preparedness Thread

Surprised no one else posted this yet. What do you guys have to do to get your rig prepped and ready for OER? Anyone going to come down to crunch time?

What I need to get done: Install rear limit straps, install SYE t-case, rock lights, change engine and t-case oil, and mid-stiffiners.

However, I'm going on vacation next week so whats likely going to get done is to load it on the trailer and leave At least I'm being realistic here.

Ummm new tires. Tcase linkage. Figure out why the front end drives like smashed ass. Change oil. Cut doors off. Motor mounts so the engine stops hitting the hood.

Grease the drive shafts and fittings, unbend and reinforce my oil man skid, ditch the cold air intake for a paper filter.
