Cops had to shoot him several times to stop him after he responded to their commands to stop his feast with animal-like growls.
Then in another part of the country, a deranged lunatic cut out his intestines and threw them at the cops.
In Phili, some guy wrestled a cops baton away from him then proceeded to beat the cop about the head in the middle of an intersection, it took several rounds to drop him.
