Yup, it was another spectacular day of wheeling and thanks to all those who were able to postpone their mother's day festivities and join us on the trail for some good times!
It started off with a bang!
Gatekeeper got the best of Matt but everyone was fine and after a speedy recovery from those who acted without hesitation, the his jeep was back over and running again in no time. Matt and Nikki jumped into the jeep and continued wheeling the rest of the day, despite the damage done.
The A pillar is destroyed, the roof is fucked and the passenger side doors won't open. Oh well. Time to do some body work.
Shit'll buff out.
Tim was doing an offshoot obstacle and fucked his jeep up pretty good. Tie rod got a little bent, but it was easily fixed with a handy hi lift jack handle. It got him home and now he has a sweet warning label on his 2.5 ton steering.
