In the real world, if someone breaks something of yours, and you don't hassel them day on end, then reality is they are gonna try to get out of it. Im not saying Dizzy shouldn't have to pay, But if bummer wanted to get compensated for the damages, why all of a sudden it's urgent? This should have been taken care of when it happend

i have clients i chase for money all the time, i have one client that has owed me a bill for 14 months. for the first few months i was "understanding" and slow to hassle, but as time progressed, especially at the year mark, shit becomes real, and i suppose by your definition, "urgent"

He gave him ample time to make any repairs, or at least make some progress on repayment, and now, apparently, he is sick of waiting and wants it over with today.

He apparently tried to be a nice guy about it by not demanding it be fixed and payed for immediately.
