Looking for a new restaurant to take the wife out to, I saw a couple in farmington the other day on my way through but not really sure of what they are.
need something quiet, nice, we havent been out in a while.

hmm...just out of the range/area i know, but theres a chain called plan b (an amazing burger joint) best burger i've had, hands down. theres one in glastonbury. highlyyyy recommend it.

holy crap, i cant believe I didnt know about that place. I just looked at their website. That may be a winner, the wife doesnt eat beef really, but it looks like they have a pretty open menu.

no lobster. Shes a tough one when it comes to food. We will definitely go there, but another time.

Jake's in wallingford is my fav. The wife and I go on a weekly basis for drinks, but the food there is REALLY good. It's a higher end bar with dining area. and they have a back bar with live music all the time.

Nice mediterranean style restaurant in wallingford, Laskara. meals in the 25-35 range. Everything they have is amazing.

I drive by there everyday. I went to go one day but it was a little early and they were closed. Definitely on my list.

Pretty much anything in West Hartford Centre is nice. One of my personal favorites is Elbow Room on Farmington Ave... Its a fun little place, food is pretty good but not too crazy, and has a pretty chill environment.

Depends on the atmosphere you are looking for and the type of food. If your wife eats sushi, Sakura Garden in West Hartford is killer. If she doesn't eat rolls there's a full buffet which is also included in the $27.99 or so price per person. They also have Harry's Pizza which is well known in the same area. Tilted Kilt in Wethersfield is cool if your wife can get past the waitresses in mini kilts and open blouses with bra's exposed.

sushi is always good. She was at tilted kilt the other day, she was trying to sneak pics to send me lol.
Definitely looking for something nice and quiet for the 2 of us as we havent been out in a while.
