    The Semi-Official Bi-Annual 4/20 Poll

    Well folks, its that time of year again, when kids and adults across the country take out their stash and light up a bowl. The sounds of Dave Matthews, Pink Floyd, and Phish drift across college campuses aback that dank skunk grass smell, as "chill back and relaxers" take advantage of their favorite day of the year.
