    Insurance?
    Usually the insurance company does the suing for you for free as they're the ones who would have to pay out otherwise. They have armies of lawyers for this kind of stuff.

        Dude, my dads a lawyer.... he specializes in this kinda stuff.... send me all the info and you got yourself a small claims lawyer to take this bitch down lol
