i was kinda expecting, long lines, cover charges, douchebags, and expensive beers. but it was actually almost the opposite.

definately going to boston on st pattys every year now.

and the dropkicks were amazing.

definitely. down where we were the lines and covers were ridiculous though. maybe cause it was earlier in the night

there were some places with lines and covers. we just walked right by those. we did end up by fanieul hall later in the night which is more like what you described.
